Beth is friendly, welcoming, and a great trainer. She tailors exercises to each individual, focusing on mobility and achieving strength/flexibility goals without injury. Her small group classes are a great way to train in a friendly and non-judgmental atmosphere. All ages, body types, identities and fitness levels are welcome!

Your encouragement inspires me to keep delivering the best fitness experience possible! Before I met Elizabeth Acton, my idea of a workout was walking downstairs to make coffee. But somehow, she saw potential under the potato-chip exterior and helped me become someone who actually enjoys exercise (well… most days).

I took part in Beth's 12 week "New Year, Same You" class with a goal of learning
some new skills, getting stronger and creating better work out habits. I can happily say I
was able to accomplish all 3 things! Beth was so great with working through my upper
back injury that unfortunately occurred a few weeks in and made sure to adapt all of the
exercises so that I could still benefit from the strength training and not be in pain. I would
highly recommend working with Beth if you have a goal of getting stronger and having
someone push you in the nicest way possible. Thank you so much Beth!

I started Beth's beginner kettlebell classes 2 months ago, after a LONG time of not being at a gym. Beth makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly and gives immediate input on how to modify if they are too difficult. She is funny and makes the class go by quickly. I highly recommend checking her out!

Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we appreciate your continued support! Beth is the best! Functional movement, strength training and cardio are all part of the classes. She is very focused on movement patterns and proper form to get the most out of the workouts and avoid injuries. The gym is very well equipped with a wide variety of equipment so classes are always different and challenging to your capability. If you have that bad knee, shoulder, etc, there are always modifications...truth me, I know! She will change things up immediately if something is causing you pain. Classes are fun, small and welcoming for all! Don't hesitate to give her a call!
