Kettlebell Classes and Fitness Classes

These small group classes are ideal if you want a structured, no-fuss workout without the need to plan it yourself. Simply show up, follow the instructor’s lead, and leave feeling accomplished. 

Each 60-minute session includes:

  • A dynamic warm-up focused on flexibility and mobility.
  • Skill-building for kettlebell techniques (kettlebell classes only)
  • Strength and conditioning exercises for balanced resistance and cardiovascular training.
  • Maximum class size of 8 people
